This book was grrrrrrrrrreat! I am now immersed in the world of The Seven Kingdom's Super anxious to get into the next book.
The book started right where the first left and it is really as if you are reading one gigantic book and it was just split up so you would not be holding a 4000 page book... (that would hurt your wrists after a while.) I am glad I finally finished it. I will admit this is the most detailed epic I have ever read. The characters are so many and the stories of each are almost like individual books inside one book. A whole other book series could be spawned from any number of the characters in the book. Tyrion for example is a dwarf and probably the most bad ass character in the book...(hopefully he doesn't get killed off like everyone else.) He could have easily been the main role but I think the way Martin writes almost makes all the characters equally noted, so I really couldn't pin point the main good guy or bad guy. AND THAT IS AWESOME!!!
If you have patience you should definitely pick up this book series and find out all of what I mean. If you don't I think you should just watch the series on HBO(hopefully that doesn't get killed off.)
